Furniture, AV, internet, additional power, storage and custom graphics are not included. Harry the Hirer is the official show builder for Australian Healthcare Week and can assist with shell scheme booths, custom stands, furniture, power, lighting and graphics.

Monday 15 March: Access is permitted with prior approval from the organiser only

Show Days: Exhibitor access is from 7:30am each day

Bump Out: Shell scheme exhibitors must complete bump out by 8:00pm on Thursday 18 March.

How do I register my exhibiting staff?Go to the Registration page and select the appropriate registration link. Each staff member must register using their own email address.

What is the difference between an Exhibitor Staff Pass, Sponsor Pass and Sponsor Executive Pass?

• Exhibitor Staff Pass: For staff working on an exhibition booth.
• Sponsor Pass: For sponsor staff attending the event.
• Sponsor Executive Pass: A paid ticket that includes additional executive benefits and access. Please visit the Ticketing page for full details about access and inclusions.

How many staff passes does my company receive?
You may register as many Exhibitor Staff Passes as your company requires.

Can registered staff be changed before the event?

Yes. Use your registration link to register the replacement staff member. Existing registrations cannot be transferred or edited. If a registered staff member is no longer attending, their registration will need to be cancelled.

When will staff receive access to the event app?

Registered staff will receive information about downloading and accessing the event app approximately two to three weeks before the event.They must use the same email address they entered during registration.
