All 3m × 2m, 3m × 3m and 6m × 3m booths include a shell scheme.

The allocated shell scheme structure will be supplied to every exhibitor with one of these booth sizes. This structure is still required even if the fascia is removed or additional features, graphics or upgrades are added.

Please confirm in your Exhibitor Onboarding Form whether you require a fascia.

Aspen Shell Scheme

The standard shell scheme is the Aspen system.

It includes:

• Carpet tiles
• Standard power
• LightingWalling
• Fascia displaying your exhibiting company name, if required

Furniture, additional power, AV and custom signage are not included. These items must be ordered separately.

Nero Shell Scheme

The Nero shell scheme has the same inclusions as Aspen, however is a black frame.

Exhibitors with a custom-build space must provide their stand and contractor details through the Exhibitor Onboarding Form.

Custom stands must meet ICC Sydney’s requirements and receive the necessary permits and approvals before construction.

Your contractor is responsible for supplying the required plans, safety documentation and permit information by the published deadline.
