Australian Healthcare Week provides exhibitors with lead scanning through the event app. This allows your team to scan attendee badges directly from their mobile phones and keep all leads in one place.

Scanning leads is important. It gives your team an accurate record of the people you spoke with, helps you add notes while conversations are still fresh and makes post-event follow-up much easier.

We recommend scanning every attendee who visits your booth and has a meaningful conversation with your team.

Lead scanning is available for $250 + GST per company.

Once activated, registered team members can open the scanner in the event app and scan the QR code on an attendee’s badge.

Your company’s leads can then be viewed and exported through the event platform.

Lead scanning can be booked through your company’s Exhibitor Onboarding Form.

The cost is $250 + GST per company and will be invoiced to your company’s primary contact.

No separate scanning device is required. Once activated, registered team members can scan attendee badges using the Grip app on their own mobile phones.

Lead Scanning

Before the event, each team member who will scan leads must:

• Register using their own email address through the Exhibitor Registration Form or Sponsor Executive Registration Form.
• Download the event app using the link provided.
• Log in with the same email address used to register.
• Allow the app to access their mobile device’s camera.
• Check that they appear under My Team.

Your company can also set up lead qualification questions through My Team > Settings on the desktop event platform.

To scan a lead onsite, open the event app and select:

More > QR / Badge Scanner, then scan the QR code on the attendee’s badge. You can add notes, answer qualification questions and score the lead immediately after scanning.

Your company’s combined leads can be viewed under My Team. After the event, leads can be exported from the desktop platform by selecting My Team > Export > Export Contacts.
